The rooms at Novotel Itajai were quite good, with a spacious shower box. The breakfast was very good and the hotel reception area provided ample space for work and small business meetings. Despite a minor inconvenience at check-in, the cost benefit, localization, and environment made it a great choice.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered was amazing and the staff were very helpful and polite. I also appreciated the convenient location, made transportation and parking hassle-free.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the location was perfect , close to everything but still secluded enough to have some peace and quiet. the room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. the hotel had a beautiful reception area and great facilities for business meetings.
That I was surprised to see charges at check, in, which caught me off, guard.

The breakfast was really good and offered a lot of choices. The hotel's reception area was spacious and comfortable, which made it ideal for business meetings. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect and very accessible to several key areas.
The hotel tried to charge for the stay during check-in, which was a bit frustrating. Another downside was the shower box in the room, which split water all over the bathroom.

the breakfast offered was one of the best aspects of the stay as it was really delicious. the reception area was spacious, perfect for small business meetings or casual chit-chatting with friends.
I didn't appreciate the fact that they tried to charge me during check-in. It was so frustrating!
